executive producer

protector of good vibes

conchitta bottse

Conchitta Bottse (executive producer of engage 2025) is an urban arts blackbelt. With deep roots in the Dutch hip hop and performing arts scene, she brings people together to move mountains. And she never fails to make you laugh – with Conchitta, there’s guaranteed good vibes. Rather than asking what you can know her from, you’d be better off asking what you can’t – though you might recognize her amazing work at Mensen Zeggen Dingen, ADE Beats, rosetta, and The Black Hague Experience.

creative director

number one cheerleader

nancy hoffmann

Nancy brings makers together before momentum begins. No solo acts, only packs. Always embracing not-knowing, no question unaskable. She is known for her work with Stichting Creative Action Now (CAN!), DAS Graduate School – Academy of Theatre and Dance (Creative Producing), and theatre collective Jan Vos. She builds cultural movements where process comes before polish. Although a little (nail) polish can’t hurt every now and again, right?

marketing strategist

creative bridge builder

leonie wenting

With her calm, warm vibe, marketing strategist Leonie builds bridges between people and ideas, at her own pace. While the world keeps running, she consciously takes the time that processes need.

But that doesn’t mean she sits still! Her broad interest makes her the ultimate jack-of-all-trades, who can do (almost) everything – and then goes and does it. From powerful campaigns to complete programmes for a.o. Heilige Huisjes Rotterdam and IID Company, always living by Pippi Longstocking's motto: ‘I have never tried that before, so I think I should definitely be able to do that!’.

philosopher-chronicler

softspoken superthinker

gijs de boer

Gijs de Boer is our one and only philosopher-chronicler. No one knows exactly what that means, except him! He is also known as Supergijs – perhaps this name points to his dual talent to make things as well as think deeply. He combines philosophy and design at the collective art space Extra Practice and the Critical Inquiry Lab at Design Academy Eindhoven. He likes to surround himself with instruments from his teenage years, probably so that his alter egos can play in a band together.

visual communications

imaginative busy bee

natasja bökkerink

Don’t let the serene exterior fool you – Natasja’s mind buzzes with creative energy. Yet somehow, she brings exactly the kind of calm presence every team craves.

Her striking visuals are driven by genuine care for others and the environment.

When she’s not designing, she’s knitting, and when she’s not knitting, she’s playing in her band Poodle

Check out her work at Public Food / Mensa Mensa and her other graphic design projects, or read some of her thoughts in her brand-new newsletter Notes from the Blue Desk!

copy & press communications

emily rhodes

With her curious mind, Emily asks the right questions to get to the heart of things – and of people. With her attention to detail, Emily's writing captures the nuances that others might miss, weaving together complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.

More a listener than a talker, she cares for those around her. But don't mistake her gentle appearance for lack of fire – through clear writing, she's on a quest to make arts and culture more accessible. She believes everyone deserves to understand art, and makes damn sure they do.

visual communications support

sweet visual dreamer

kylian van haaren

Freshly graduated from Da Vinci College Dordrecht, graphic designer Kylian brings genuine positivity to everything he does. His design work always carries social purpose – creating visuals that actually matter, not just look good.

Driven, caring and naturally optimistic, Kylian’s energy lifts the whole team. Always open for a good chat – and good coffee, thanks to his other role as a barista. Can we keep him please?

creative producer

girl about town

marieke holtes

With a background in HR and dozens of cultural productions under her belt, Marieke’s toolbox is full of original solutions. From hiphop gigs, theatrical performances to classical concerts, and from art exhibitions to gigantic vintage markets, she is the one to call. Never lost for words or creative ideas, she is a straight shooter ánd talker. A real connector supporting makers. So if you need results without the drama, this creative whirlwind delivers. Every single time.

Education designer

intuitive roadmapper

emma verhoeven

If you think you can read Emma’s face, you’re probably right – she’s an open book who wears her heart on her sleeve.

Emma never picked one path. Instead, she followed her whims into a practice involving visual design, teaching, therapeutic work and catering. She helps young people find meaning and navigate mental health, while giving vibrant color to everything she makes.

You might know her from Extra Practice, where she organises events and builds community, or maybe soon from the farm she’s planning with her sisters. Because why dream small?
